High performance medium density gasket is manufactured from a blend of cellulose and
aramid
fibres combined with reinforcing inorganic fillers that supplies an
excellent sealing for medium flange loads and is a suggested replacement
to CAF materials in automotive applications.

Type 76.014 Graphite Tape
This product is commonly used for a ‘top up’ to valve glands. To avoid long down time to repack
a
valve stuffing box, this product compresses to any shape or form.
Simply wrap around the valve stem several times, tighten the gland
follower, and reapply if necessary.
100% pure graphite with a crinkled finish, allowing it to compress and
form to the contours of a possibly corroded stuffing box and or gland
follower.
Type 76-012 Joint Sealant
100% pure expanded PTFE joint sealant with self adhesive film.
Ideal
application is for joints that are corroded where standard gasket sheeting
would not accommodate the irregularities on the mating faces. Proven to
successful in eliminating leakage caused by steam cuts on mating faces,
Zero creepage therefore re-tightening of the joint should not be required.
This product is extremely versatile and tolerates most applications
ranging from cold water to HTHW, to a maximum of 300 degrees C.
Available in various thicknesses and widths, depending on your
requirements.

This graphite product is 99%+ pure and is suitable in high temperature applications within
the
Power Industry, Oil Industry, Chemical Industry and Paper Industry.
Ideal for valve bonnet gaskets, pipe flange gaskets and pump gaskets.
Thicknesses available: 0.2mm – 1.5mm
Type 76.014 Graphite Tape with Adhesive
This product is commonly used as a ‘top up’ to valve glands. To avoid long down time to repack
an
entire valve stuffing box, this product compresses to any shape or form.
The adhesive backing is an easier option as the tape tends not to slacken
during installation, yet slightly more expensive than the standard
product.
Simply wrap around the valve stem several times, tighten the gland
follower, and repeat this procedure if necessary.

Temp. Range (Non-Oxidizing) -10 degrees C – 550 degrees C
Stability under compressive stress: ≥48 square N/mm
S/Steel 304 and 316 in perforated mesh and flat sheet also available
