blue pump
We repair, maintain and service all types of pumps such as end suction, positive displacement, submersible, split case, multistage, diaphragm, vacuum etc. In addition to repairs, we carry out new pump installations, including all pipe work, if required, up to a maximum of 4” (100mm).

With more than 30 years combined experience in valve repair and maintenance, we are able to carry out repairs to all types of valves such as wedge gate, parallel slide, pressure reducing, globe, blow down and safety relief.

We offer a removal and installation or a collection and delivery service as well as in situ valve repair. We do, however, recommend the removal of valves so that a complete overhaul can be carried out in our workshop, as we are then able to guarantee the integrity of the valve.

We have a test rig in our workshop that is capable of hydrostatically testing pumps and valves up to a pressure of 350 bar as well as Nitrogen testing specifically for safety valves.

All repaired pumps and valves are issued with a test certificate at no extra charge, if required.

All our work is carried out to the highest standards; from shot blasting all castings to bare metal, allowing a thorough inspection of the castings for cracks and corrosion, through to a final inspection once the unit has been fully assembled, tested and painted.

We have the facilities to reverse-engineer most components for pumps and valves such as shafts/spindles, shaft sleeves etc. but excluding castings. We are, however, able to reclaim castings either by weld repair and/or ceramic based coatings.
